REFUND POLICY
 All refunds must be in writing and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. They must be sent to:

Requests without a self-addressed, stamped envelope will be processed with an additional $5.00 deducted for postage and handling.

 A refund processing fee per player will be charged as follows:
a. $22.75 (AYSO National membership fee & service fee) request postmarked before June 1, 2024

b. $37.75 (AYSO National membership fee, service fee, & $15.00) fee for request postmarked between 6/2/23 and 7/6/2024

c. $22.75 (AYSO National membership fee & service fee +50% of player fee) for request postmarked between 7/7/24 and 8/11/24

d. NO REFUND FOR ANY REQUEST POSTMARKED AFTER 8/11/2024
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS

***THERE IS A $40.00 FEE FOR ALL NSF CHECKS
The safety of our players and families is a prime consideration when determining if games should be cancelled due to inclement weather. If unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, force games to be cancelled, AYSO is not liable and there will be no refunds for unplayed games. There will be NO REFUNDS for rainouts or other weather conditions, acts of Nature or other events that disrupt play.
