AYSO Region 345 EPIC Soccer Program Information
The EPIC (Everyone Plays In Our Community) program provides a quality soccer experience for children (ages 4-15) with special needs that make it difficult to successfully participate on mainstream sports teams. EPIC teams include those that are: blind or visually impaired, have impaired mobility, are mentally or emotionally challenged, autistic or have Down syndrome or Cerebral Palsy.
The Palm Beach County Region 345, of the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) at Okeeheelee Park has added an adapted soccer program for players with special needs called EPIC-Everyone Plays In Our Community program. The EPIC program will provide a quality soccer experience for children (ages 4-15) with special needs that make it difficult to successfully participate on mainstream sports teams. EPIC teams may include those that are blind or visually impaired, have impaired mobility, are mentally or emotionally challenged, autistic or have Down syndrome or Cerebral Palsy. These children will have an opportunity to play soccer at their own level. Teams will be formed based on size, ability levels and age.
Saturday EPIC Soccer sessions are from October 5 to November 16, 2024, from 9:15 am to 10:30 am for a cost of $50.00 which includes a uniform shirt, short, socks, and trophy at the end of the season.
