We need volunteers in all positions to run our league!!
* GAMES are Saturday’s starting September 6 & ending November 15, 2025
* GAMES are held between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm and are held at Okeeheelee Park
* PRACTICES are MONDAY & WEDNESDAY or TUESDAY & THURSDAY
6U (2020-2021 Birthdate) & 8U (2018-2019 Birthdate) practice 6:00-7:00 pm
10U (2016-2017 Birthdate) & 12U (2014-2015 Birthdate) practice 7:00-8:00 pm
14U (2012-2013 Birthdate) & 19U (2007-2011 Birthdate) practice 8:00-9:00 pm
Age as of December 31, 2026
Full Practices start August 18, 2025

WE WILL ATTEMPT TO FULFILL REQUESTS FOR CERTAIN NIGHTS FOR SIBLINGS (IF NOTATED ON REGISTRATION FORM, OTHERWISE, WE WILL ATTEMPT TO PUT ON THE SAME NIGHTS OF PRACTICE AT OUR DISCRETION) FOR PRACTICE DAYS, HOWEVER, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THIS.
THERE WILL BE NO SWITCHING AFTER THE TEAMS ARE FORMED DUE TO UNBALANCING TEAMS
* Coaches will notify you of your team by August 10 with Full practices starting August 18.
* Team Meeting Meet & Greet August 14 14U & 19U 7:00 pm, August 16 6U 9:00 am, 8U 10:00 am, 10U 11:00am, 12U 12:00 pm (Meeting will last 45-60 minutes)
* Teams will be posted on the concession stand on August 10, 2025
* If you have not heard from a coach by August 11, 2025, and have checked the posted teams on the concession stand and your child is not listed, please send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
* All children will receive a uniform consisting of a game shirt, shorts, and socks. If the team has a sponsor, each player will receive a practice shirt with the sponsor name. (We will need sponsors at varying costs for over 100 teams. If interested, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. * All children will receive a medal at the end of the season and accident insurance.
* REQUESTS FOR NON-SIBLING CHILDREN TO BE ON THE SAME TEAM
TOGETHER CANNOT BE FULFILLED. WE CAN ONLY GUARANTEE SIBLINGS IN THE SAME DIVISION AND GENDER TO BE ON THE SAME TEAM TOGETHER.
* Equipment needed for practices & games - Shinguards, water bottle, soccer cleats, and ball to practice with. Balls are sized accordingly: Size 3 for 5 to 8 year olds (6U’s & 8U’s), Size 4 for 9 to 12 year olds (10U’s & 12U’s), & Size 5 for 13 and older (14U’s & 19U’s)
1. All refunds must be in writing and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. They must be sent to:

Requests without a self-addressed, stamped envelope will be processed with an additional $5.00 deducted for postage and handling.
2. A refund processing fee per player will be charged as follows:
a. $27.75 (AYSO National membership fee & service fee) request postmarked before June 1, 2025
THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS
***THERE IS A $40.00 FEE FOR ALL NSF CHECKS
The safety of our players and families is a prime consideration when determining if games should be cancelled due to inclement weather. If unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, force games to be cancelled, AYSO is not liable and there will be no refunds for unplayed games. There will be NO REFUNDS for rainouts or other weather conditions, acts of Nature or other events that disrupt play.
